Started in 2006, Dozen Bakeshop transformed from a little cupcake shop to a full service bakery and cafe with 2 locations: Lower Lawrenceville near the Strip, and Oakland near the Carnegie Museum. Our small team of talented bakers and pastry chefs work around the clock making from-scratch desserts in small batches for the people in our neighborhoods and beyond. We use local suppliers as much as possible and try to engage in environmentally-friendly practices including recycling, composting, and even some very small-scale farming.
